Welcome to the Arbitration Academy

The Academy was created to address the increasing demand for specialized teaching in international arbitration.

The Academy provides advanced Summer Courses in Paris to students and young practitioners interested in international arbitration. The Curriculum is conceived by international arbitration academics and practitioners to cover all aspects of international arbitration, and the Courses are taught by the most renowned experts in the fields of international commercial arbitration and investment treaty arbitration.

The Curriculum includes a 105-hour General Course, alternating every year between international commercial arbitration and investment treaty arbitration, 30-hour Special Courses on specific topics, as well as Workshops and Seminars on institutional arbitration offered by various arbitral institutions.

The program will commence with an Inaugural Lecture to be given by a prominent arbitration figure. The program also includes the Berthold Goldman Lecture, where another leading arbitration figure will present a landmark arbitration case.

The Academy is an initiative of the Comité français de l’arbitrage (CFA).
