The 2019 Laureate of the Academy prize was awarded to Mr. Luis Rodrigo La Rosa Manrique, an associate at Bullard Falla Ezcurra+. His essay was selected from the 15 essays submitted this year on the topic: “Investment Arbitration and Double Nationality of the Investor”.

A Jury composed of Professors Daniel Cohen, Marie-Elodie Ancel and Christophe Seraglini selected the three best essays competing for the Prize. Following the Jury’s deliberations, the 2019 Laureate of the Academy Prize was awarded to Mr. Luis Rodrigo La Rosa Manrique from Peru. Honorable mentions for the best essay was Mr. Caio Prado Rocha from Brazil. Runner-up were awarded to Ms. Andrea Nikolic from Serbia.
