2023 The Berthold Goldman Lecture

The Berthold Goldman Lecture was held on July 27th, 2023 in the framework of the 2023 Session of the Arbitration Academy.

The lecture titled “The Singapore-Malaysia Railway Land Arbitration: An Award at the Crossroads of Sovereignty and Commerce” was delivered by Ms. Lucy Reed (Arbitration Chambers and ICCA President) at the Cercle de l’Union Interalliée in Paris.
