2015 Laureate of the Academy Prize | “The Manifest Disregard of the Applicable Rules Chosen by the Parties”

A Jury composed of Professor Marie-Elodie Ancel, Professor Audit, Professor Mayer, Professor Malik Laazouzi and Professor Jean-Baptiste Racine chose the three best essays competing for the Prize. Following the Jury’s deliberations, the 2015 Laureate of the Academy Prize was awarded to Mr. Marek Szolc from Poland. The runner up for the best essay was Mr. Junjie Li from China. Honorable mentions were awarded to Mr. Jhon Carmona from Peru.
