2022 Laureate of the Academy Prize

The 2022 Laureate of the Academy Prize was awarded to Mr. Arijit Sanyal. His essay was selected from the 9 essays submitted this year on the topic: “Investment Arbitration and Environment Protection: A Critical Look?”

A Jury composed of Professors Daniel Cohen and Christophe Seraglini selected the three best essays competing for the Prize. Following the Jury’s deliberations, the 2022 Laureate of the Academy Prize was awarded to Mr. Arijit Sanyal from India. Runner-up was awarded to Mr. Jorge Vazquez Chavez from Mexico and Honorable mention for the best essay was awarded to Mr. Nikolaos Voutyrakos from Greece.
