2022 Emmanuel Gaillard Debate

Emmanuel Gaillard Debate was held on July 12th, 2022 in the framework of the 2022 Session of the Arbitration Academy.

The debate on “Arbitrator’s Jurisdiction: Who decides?” was between Dr.Yas Banifatemi, Founding Partner of Gaillard Banifatemi Shelbaya Disputes and Professor George A. Bermann, Columbia Law School, at the Yacht Paquebot in Paris.
