2014 Laureate of the Academy Prize

2014 Laureate of the Academy Prize | “The Double Requirement that the Arbitrator be Independent and Impartial”

A Jury composed of Professor Marie-Elodie Ancel, Professor Audit, Professor Mayer, Professor Malik Laazouzi and Professor Jean-Baptiste Racine chose the three best essays competing for the Prize. Following the Jury’s deliberations, the 2014 Laureate of the Academy Prize was awarded to Ms. Niyati Gandhi from India. The runner up for the best essay was Mr. Flavio Ponzano from Italy. Honorable mentions were awarded to Mr. Le Quang Hung from Viet Nam.
