2016 Laureate of the Academy Prize

2016 Laureate of the Academy Prize | “Should an International Court in charge of the review of arbitral awards be created ?”

A Jury composed of Professors Marie-Elodie Ancel, Mathias Audit, Malik Laazouzi and Jean-Baptiste Racine selected the three best essays competing for the Prize. Following the Jury’s deliberations, the 2016 Laureate of the Academy Prize was awarded to Ms. Aliki-Athina Papanastasiou from Greece. The runner up for the best essay was Ms. Magdalena Bulit Goñi from Argentina. Honorable mentions were awarded to Mr. Pablo Antonio Debuchy Boselli from Paraguay.
