The second Emmanuel Gaillard Debate was held on July 12th, 2023 in the framework of the 2023 Session of the Arbitration Academy.

The debate on “Shareholder claims: What’s wrong with them?” was between Pr. Andrea Bjorklund, Professor of Law, L. Yves Fortier Chair in International Arbitration and International Commercial Law, McGill University, and Mohamed Shelbaya, Founding Partner of Gaillard Banifatemi Shelbaya Disputes.
