Message from Professor Daniel Cohen, President of the Arbitration Academy

Paris, 21 February 2017

I have the honor to succeed to Pierre Mayer, and before him Emmanuel Gaillard, as President.

Since 2011, the Arbitration Academy has invited to its faculty over a hundred of the best-known specialists in law and international arbitration and welcomed more than 550 students from over 80 countries. Every year, a three week-curriculum takes place in July and is now recognized as one of the most prestigious and selective teaching program.

With Professors Marie-Elodie Ancel and Christophe Seraglini as general secretaries, Jacob Grierson as treasurer and the selection committee (Professors Mathias Audit, Sylvain Bollée, Malik Laazouzi and Denis Mouralis), we are eager to contribute to the development of the Arbitration Academy and to offer to students from all over the world a multicultural environment and a great opportunity to share their experiences and to build a wide professional network.
